EM-891K / EM-891KB high-speed laminates are low-loss and cure in 120 min at >200°C (material temperature). EM-891K  has a Dk of 3.3 @1GHz and a Df of 0.002 @1GHz. Tg is 170C.  Three month shelf life under controlled conditions.  Compatible with most common oxide treatments.

Identifies common errors in a JTAG scan chain, such as incorrectly connected or terminated test access ports (TAPs).
