The K1000 manually operated circular blade depanelizer separates pre-scored PCBs up to 12.5" long without dust or scrap. Passes the score-line between two circular blades. Has front and back blade guards. Upper front blade guide is adjustable; gap is smaller than the thickness of the board. Gap between blades can be adjusted by rotating the upper eccentric blade cam.
