ANAHEIM, CA -- Multi-Fineline Electronix (M-Flex) reported fiscal third quarter of $2.4 million, down from $11.7 million last year as the company dealt with one-time charges related to plant shutdowns.

SANTA ANA, CA – PCB manufacturer TTM Technologies today reported second-quarter record revenue of $310.2 million, up 124% sequentially, exceeding guidance of $300 million.

SAN JOSE – PCB equipment maker Maskless Lithography recently raised $4.1 million, with the aid of TL Ventures and US Venture Partners, according to reports. 

The firm has an expected $6.4 million in equity and debt.

Maskless also brought in $1 million last September; total funding now stands at $42 million.

TOKYO -- Ibiden, the world's largest printed circuit board fabricator, reported first-quarter net earnings of 3 million yen ($35.2 million), up 30.1% from a year ago.

CASTELFIDARO, ITALY – PCB maker Somacis said its earnings for the first half of the year increased 800% compared to the same period in 2009.

Revenue was up 50% year-over-year, and orders were up 100% for the first six months of 2010.

Somacis notes it has had a historically strong position in telecom, and is gaining important shares in defense, medical and aerospace.

The firm attributes its gains to cost savings and continuous investment in technology and capabilities.

MATTHEWS, NC Chimie Tech Services will distribute diazo phototool films from Exopack Advanced Coatings.

CTS will handle sale, delivery and related technical support for CTS 500 phototool films in France, other parts of Europe, in the Middle East, and South Africa. 

No financial terms of the agreement were disclosed.
