ST. LOUIS -- Viasystems Group reported second-quarter sales in its printed circuit board unit were up 30% over the first quarter to $195.7 million, boosted by its acquisition of Merix.

SANTA ANA, CA – PCB manufacturer TTM Technologies today reported second-quarter record revenue of $310.2 million, up 124% sequentially, exceeding guidance of $300 million.

SAN JOSE – PCB equipment maker Maskless Lithography recently raised $4.1 million, with the aid of TL Ventures and US Venture Partners, according to reports. 

The firm has an expected $6.4 million in equity and debt.

Maskless also brought in $1 million last September; total funding now stands at $42 million.
