GreenData Manager environmental compliance software now exports IPC-1752A XML files at the component level. Can be used as a data conversion tool, generating product-level IPC-1752A XML reports from individual component data. Determines whether a component, subassembly or complete product is compliant with a wide variety of regulations. Substances list now more than 24,000, and recent changes to the REACH SVHC Candidate list included.

Kern MLB 50-3N moisture analyzer supports GLP/ISO record-keeping data consisting of time, date and sample identification number. Moisture content is determined as a percent of weight loss from the starting weight and displayed from 0% to 100%. Readout down to 0.001g or 0.01% moisture. Dry mass is displayed from 100% to 0% as residual weight from the starting weight. Uses a 400W halogen heater. Temperature range is 50°C to 160°C, maximum weighing capability of 50g, reproducibility 0.003g and linearity ±0.003g. Four heating profiles – standard, soft, fast and step – based on properties of material being tested.

Advanced Aluminum Conveyor Stand introduces wide-stance leveling pads, along with a mounting arrangement that allows leveling adjustment with pads bolted to the floor. Uses a leveling pad assembly mounted external to the stand leg, rather than a bolt threaded into the leg. Permits visual confirmation of remaining adjustment thread; allows leveling-pad assembly to be removed from the leg and replaced, without lifting the stand. Leveling pads conform to uneven floors, while a wrench stabilizer on the threaded shank allows easy adjustment. Leveling pad uses a threaded shank that prevents socket pullout, while retaining full swivel capability for the pad.

N200 top-down air-operated punch separates tab routed panels one tab at a time. An upper and lower matching knife blade is used to pinch the tabs apart. Reportedly produces less stress on the PCB than a punch and die. Standard die set consists of an upper and lower knife. Tab is positioned on the lower knife by placing the routed section of the panel on a set of locating pins and holding the PCB or letting it rest on the support table. Exact cutting location can be adjusted by turning an adjustment screw, which brings locating pins to the desired place for cutting a tab at the board end of the material. Pins can be adjusted in the x and y direction to bring them close to the sides of the cutting blade, and to set up for a variety of different diameter panels. Locating pins are mounted on quick-change blocks that can be replaced for different board configurations.
