TOKYOKyocera has completed the acquisition of all shares in NEC Toppan Circuit Solutions. The new company has become a wholly-owned subsidiary named Kyocera Circuit Solutions.

Yohsuke Nishiyama is the subsidiary’s new president. 

No financial terms of the acquisition were disclosed.

The company develops, designs, and manufactures high-density multilayer printed circuit boards for industrial applications, buildup PCBs for consumer electronics, and module PCBs.

HERTFORDSHIRE, UK – A push is on to expand a joint Congolese-NGO program aimed at securing mines across the nation, ensuring a steady supply of "conflict-free" minerals from the war-torn region. The Democratic Republic of Congo's national Ministry of Mines and the iTSCi Programme team are undertaking an evaluation of conflict-free mines in four provinces: North and South Kivu, Maniema and Katanga.
