DT85M Series 3 Data Logger is for remote monitoring. Features cellular modem. Backlit LCD display shows channel data, alarms, and system status, navigable with six-button keypad. Features temperature operating range of -30°C to 70°C and up to 85% RH. Construction is powder-coated steel and anodized aluminum. Design (peak power 12W) permits use of a smaller solar panel. Enables automatic data delivery. Can send logged data to an FTP server. Internal storage capacity is 128MBs; has removable USB storage device support. Configurable alarm conditions can be used to trigger data delivery and send alarm messages to multiple email addresses or mobile phones. Features 16 analog input channels, expandable up to 320 channels and 960 analog points using optional CEM20 modules, as well as 12 flexible digital channels. Has up to 48 analog sensor inputs with two serial smart sensor ports. Fundamental inputs include voltage, current, resistance and frequency. Navigator guides though stackup process and presents complete assembly in a graphical display that highlights the flex regions within the flex-rigid PCB. User-definable settings permit display of layers in transparent, invisible or 3-D mode. Flexible adhesives, bond ply and FlexiCore can be enabled or disabled for each layer, and impedance structures can be added to each sub-stack. Can use alternate data streams to store summary stack information, including layer count, thickness, copper thickness, etc.

Is 0.5mm pitch; features rugged latching system with a notch on the flex data link for positive retention and zero insertion force on the pads. Standard weld tabs provide stable connection. Available in two standard lengths and wiring options; typical performance is up to 9.0 GHz (@7dB insertion loss) for a 5" length and 4.14 GHz (@ 7dB insertion loss) for a 10" length. SAS, SATA, Fibre Channel, PCIe, Ethernet and Infiniband are supported. Is RoHS compliant and available in 20, 30, 40 and 50 positions. Signal contacts on top and ground contacts on the bottom optimize signal integrity and high-speed data transfer. Can be modified for custom pin counts and lengths.
