MULINO, ORElement14 will distribute Sunstone Circuits’ printed circuit boards to customers in the Americas, the companies announced today.

Through this partnership, design engineers can access Sunstone's prototyping products and services to create test copies of unpopulated PCBs prior to ordering the finished electronic product. No financial terms were disclosed.

The deal is unusual in that component distributors typically do not include PCBs on their line cards. There are instances of such arrangements between smaller companies in Europe, however.
