TORONTO – Firan Technology Group's hourly employees at FTG Aerospace – Toronto, represented by Local 303 of Unifor Canada, have commenced a strike as of midnight on Dec. 15.

WASHINGTON – Seven microelectronics firms received nearly $10 million in combined funding to commercialize technologies of interest to the US military services as winners of the Defense Business Accelerator (DBX) Microelectronics Challenge.
