STOCKHOLM – NCAB Group reported net sales of $176.6 million for the first half of the year, essentially flat compared to $173.9 million in H1 last year. Net sales rose 4% from last year. Order intake climbed 5% year over year to $186 million, driven by an 8% increase in USD-denominated organic orders in the second quarter.
CEO Peter Kruk noted solid growth in the Nordic region and East Asia but flagged continued weakness in Europe due to trade uncertainty and a soft macroeconomic environment. NCAB closed its acquisition of B&B Leiterplattenservice in April and said it remains active in pursuing further M&A opportunities.
