ANAHEIM, CA -- DDi Corp. will acquire Coretec for approximately C$25.2 million ($23.5 million) in cash and debt assumption, the companies announced today.

CHICAGO – Electronic Interconnect and Flex Interconnect Technologies announced a deal to jointly provide a wider range of PCB products.
 
EI specializes in fabricating rigid PWBs, while FIT provides flexible and rigid-flex PWBs, including design and final assembly.
 
No financial terms of the collaboration were disclosed.

TOKYO -- Ibiden, the world's largest PWB fabricator, reportedly will invest 20 to 30 billion yen ($225 million to $337 million) to build a substrate manufacturing plant for next-generation IC packaging.
