PETACH-TIKVA, ISRAELEltek Ltd., a manufacturer of flex-rigid PWBs, reported third-quarter revenues of $9.6 million, up 13% sequentially.
 
Revenues were down 22% compared to the third quarter of 2008.
 
Gross profit was $1.4 million, up 7% sequentially, and down 30% year-over-year.
 
The net loss was $73,000, compared with a net loss of $183,000 in the second quarter, and a net loss of $21,000 a year ago.
 
Revenues for the first nine months were $27.5 million, down 19% compared to the same period last year.
 
Gross profit for the period was $4.4 million, down 8.3% compared to the first nine months of 2008.
 
Net loss for the first nine months was $151,000, compared with a net loss of $1.2 million in the same period last year.

 

ANAHEIM, CA -- DDi Corp. will acquire Coretec for approximately C$25.2 million ($23.5 million) in cash and debt assumption, the companies announced today.
