TAIPEI – Compal Electronics reported record numbers in September as sales rose 45.6% from last year to NT$67.35 billion (US$2.09 billion).

BANNOCKBURN, IL – Worldwide production of PCBs was basically flat in 2008, climbing a tepid 1% year-over-year to $50.8 billion.
