ST. LOUISViasystems Group said it would withdrawal its previously announced proposed public offering of 2,000,000 shares of common stock, as well as its shareholder's offering of 2,000,000 shares of common stock.

ALPHARETTA, GASIPAD Systems said it has partnered with AtlanTech, a Florida-based manufacturing representative specializing in advanced electronic design and support. 

AtlanTech will represent Sipad Systems effective immediately. No financial terms were disclosed.

SIPAD solid solder deposit replaces stencil printing. The firm applies SIPAD to surface mount printed circuit boards enabling attachment of all surface mount parts.
