PRESCOTT, WIThe Bergquist Co. has expanded its thermal substrates operation here, adding 30,000 sq. ft. to its dielectric manufacturing plant.

The company has added a second line for producing its thermally conductive dielectric metal core printed circuit board panels, sold under the Thermal Clad brand.

The line is said to be capable of producing one million panels annually.

Also, a second facility has been connected to the location, for total space of nearly 100,000 sq. ft.
