CHANDLER, AZ – Rogers Corp. has named Jeffrey Grudzien vice president of its Advanced Circuit Materials division, replacing Michael Bessette, who is retiring after 37 years with the company.
Grudzien, who joined Rogers in 2000, has been vice president of global sales & marketing for the past four years. Previously he was director of Asia Sales, corporate director of marketing, and marketing director of Rogers' High Performance Foams unit.

Grudzien will be responsible for managing the performance, strategic direction and growth of Rogers’ Advanced Circuit Materials business, and guiding commercial and technology development of next-generation high frequency materials.

“Jeff has demonstrated outstanding customer and market focus leadership for Rogers over the past 12 years and I am confident he will provide strong global leadership for our Advanced Circuit Materials business while helping to lead its continued growth in the future,” said Bruce Hoechner, Rogers president and CEO.
