MILPITAS, CA — Revenue from printed circuit board and MCM design software totaled $250.9 million in the March quarter, up 12% from a year ago, the Electronic System Design (ESD) Alliance announced today.

FRANKFURT – Sales at printed circuit board manufacturers in the Germany, Austria and Switzerland region recovered sequentially but remained down in the first quarter. Sales were up 16.1% sequentially, rebounding from a significant drop at the end of last year, but fell 7.5% year-over-year, according to ZVEI.

WASHINGTON — Worldwide semiconductor sales were $35 billion in May, an increase of 5.8% year-over-year and 1.5% sequentially, says the Semiconductor Industry Association.
