TOKYO – Meiko Electronics has announced a strategic joint venture with Allied Circuit to strengthen its position in the high-layer printed circuit board (PCB) sector and accelerate growth in the AI server market. The new entity, Allied Circuit Meiko Vietnam, will build a manufacturing facility in Vietnam, marking a significant step in Meiko’s expansion strategy.

SHANGHAI – Supernova Electronics, a leading developer and manufacturer of printed circuit boards, has unveiled plans for an initial public offering of 52.5 million shares, representing 12.01% of its total post-issuance equity. The preliminary price inquiry will take place on October 10, with subscriptions opening October 15.

VILNIUS, LITHUANIA – TLT has opened four new factories at its High-Tech Hill technology park, marking a milestone for European electronics manufacturing. The expansion includes a new state-of-the-art PCB plant – the first built in Europe in two decades – along with expanded facilities for electronics manufacturing, mechanical engineering and component assembly.
