SMYRNA, GA – With two weeks to go, a record number of companies have signed up for the fourth annual VIRTUAL PCB online trade show, UP Media Group announced today.
Exhibitors include a range of leading printed circuit board design software, fabricators, and assembly equipment and materials suppliers. Design and fabrication exhibitors include Cadence, EMA Design Automation, Mentor Graphics, Zuken, DownStream Technologies, Bare Board Group and Imagineering, while assembly suppliers include AIM, Alpha (Cookson), Kyzen, Universal Instruments and Zestron, among others. More than 20 companies in all have signed up to participate this year.
VIRTUAL PCB is the industry’s only virtual trade show and conference for the PCB design, fabrication and assembly markets. The free two-day worldwide event takes place March 8-9, 2011.
“We exhibit at VIRTUAL PCB to keep our name in front of the customer, the prospect and the competition,” said Greg Papandrew, president of Bare Board Group. “The miracle of this program is that it allows you to identify who is at the show at any given moment and for you to contact them directly.”
Features of the upcoming virtual event include custom exhibit booths, live attendee-attendee and attendee-exhibitor communication, live and on-demand equipment demonstrations, real-time technical presentations, open “chats” moderated by industry experts, and much more.
A fully interactive, Web-based event, VIRTUAL PCB (www.virtual-pcb.com) incorporates all the critical features of a live event, while allowing PCB design, fabrication and assembly equipment and materials buyers and sellers to interact online. VIRTUAL PCB is supported by a proven software platform (provided by INXPO), and will be accessible on-demand for one month beyond the free two-day live event.
