S3-8 10µm double-sided flying probe system is for board substrate test. Reportedly meets requirements of high-end substrate test, such as positioning accuracy and high number of contact points. Uses eight freely moveable test heads and achieves a test rate of 100 ohmic two-point measurements per sec. Can be fitted with vacuum table for a capacitance based test. Has two 5Mp color cameras with resolution of 1.2µm; ensure positioning accuracy of +/-1.5µm. Works with micro-needle with a contacting pressure programmable from 0.3g to 2.5g. Max. test area is 350mm x 310mm.
