Master Bond EP21TDCN-LO is an electrically conductive two-component adhesive/sealant effective for grounding, shielding and static dissipation applications. Is capable of withstanding rigorous thermal cycling, mechanical vibration and shock. Passes ASTM E595 tests for NASA low outgassing. Features a nickel filler. Has a volume resistivity of 5-10 ohm-cm and a thermal conductivity of 11 BTU•in/ft²•hr•°F [1.59 W/(m·K)]. Bonds well to metals, composites, ceramics and many plastics. Has tensile lap shear, tensile and T-peel strength of 1,400-1,600 psi, 3,000-4,000 psi and 15-20 pli, respectively. Resists exposure fuels, oils, organic solvents and water. Optimum cure is overnight at room temperature, followed by two to three hours at 150-200°F. Is serviceable from -100°F to +275°F. Is available for use in ½ pint, pint, quart, gallon and 5 gallon container kits. Has a shelf life of six months at ambient temperatures in original, unopened containers.

Techni IM Gold AT6100 is for immersion gold plating. Additive makes it possible to deposit gold without nickel removal. Reportedly eliminates almost all of the replacement reaction and corrosion that occurs with a typical immersion gold process. Primary mechanism uses Ni as a site for gold reduction but does not remove it from the surface. Reaction stops once Ni is coated, creating a pore-free surface. Deposit has shown an improvement in solderability since there is no corrosion of the underlying nickel layer. Has also shown reductions in gold usage by 10 to 20% through longer bath life and tighter gold distribution.
CheckMate Job Tracking software is targeted for small to mid-size companies that need a flexible way to track labor and materials against jobs. Number of hours spent on a job can be broken down into tasks, employees or departments. Work order is printed with a barcode ID number; each employee is assigned a barcoded badge. Work order number and badge are scanned using a barcode reader as work begins on the job. When used in conjunction with CheckMate Stockroom, full materials management is added to data. Location of work order within the manufacturing process can be tracked. Job Data includes a Time and Attendance module, which collects labor hours for payroll.
