ENDICOTT, NY -- The former head of Endicott Interconnect Technologies has won a bid to buy the bankrupt company. Integrian Holdings, a company set up earlier this year by James Matthews Jr., beat out three other bidders for the printed circuit board manufacturer.

YANTAI, CHINA -- Foxconn today acknowledged nearly a dozen people were injured in a fight last week at one of its China sites. The melee involved two groups and injured 11 people, the Wall Street Journal reported.

DEESIDE, NORTH WALES -- Falcon PCB Group will consolidate operations and rebrand as Merlin PCB Group, the company said. Its rigid PCB fabrication plant, Merlin Circuit Technology, and flex circuit site, Merlin Flex-Ability, have expanded of late, giving the company the opportunity to close its 27,000 sq. ft site in Littlehampton.

SUZHOU -- TTM Technologies will close its printed circuit board fabrication plant here and lay off about 600 employees. The company will take up to $20 million in one-time charges related to the restructuring, TTM said in a Securities & Exchange Commission filing.
