NEEDHAM, MA — Global PC shipments fell below expectations in the fourth quarter as 67.2 million PCs were shipped, down 28.1% from the prior year, according to preliminary results from the International Data Corporation (IDC) Worldwide Quarterly Personal Computing Device Tracker.

WASHINGTON — Global semiconductor industry sales were $45.5 billion in November, a decrease of 2.9% compared to October's total of $46.9 billion and 9.2% less than the November 2021 total of $50 billion, according to the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA).
