YAVNE, ISRAEL – Valor Computerized Systems announced its financial results for the period ending March 31, 2008.

Revenues for the first quarter of 2008 were $10.7 Million, an increase of 3% over the first quarter of 2007.

Net profit increased by 91% as compared to the fourth quarter of 2007, and by 67% as compared to the first quarter of 2007.

EBITDA was $1.7 Million in the first quarter of 2008, an increase of 44% sequentially, and an increase of 16% year-over-year.

BIT was $1.1 Million in the first quarter of 2008; nearly double the previous quarter, and 23% over the first quarter of 2007.
