CHENGDU, CHINA -- MFlex's local subsidiary has signed a deal to begin construction on a printed circuit board manufacturing facility here, a project expected to be finished by January 2011.

MFlex has committed $15.5 million toward construction fees, including a down payment of $1.5 million.

MFlex, one of the world's larger producers of flex circuit boards, also has plants in Anaheim, CA; Suzhou, and Johor, Malaysia.
