Beta Layout Acquires Photocircuit Assets

SAN JOSE, CA– Beta Layout has acquired the assets of Photocircuit in Cape Town, South Africa. Terms and conditions were not made public.

Beta will bring the PCB-POOL concept of instant online quotes and ordering, reported to be the first in the country.

Beta Layout is a PCB prototype, laser-cut SMD stencil and small service provider.
