TAIPEI, TAIWAN – Nan Ya Printed Circuit Board (NPC) revenues fell 23.2% in December to NT$1.9 billion (US$57.1 million). Fourth-quarter revenues dropped 25.83% to NT$7.88 billion (US$237 million).
 
Annual revenues were reported at NT$35.4 billion (US$1.06 billion), an increase of 2.13% on year. According to market watchers, the company’s fourth-quarter gross margin dropped to 18% to 20%.
 
The company’s utilization rate for its three top products fell to 40% to 50% for the month: wire-bond comprised 60% to 70% of revenues, traditional PCB 15% to 20%, and flip-chip 15% to 20%.
