TEWKESBURY, UK – Trackwise Designs has launched a sales process for its business after reviewing options for the company's future.

Last week, Trackwise announced that after a year of working with a Tier-1 supplier on the opportunity to supply Cell Connection System FPCAs to the Tier-1 for onward assembly and supply to an OEM, Trackwise was informed by the Tier-1 that it had not been successful in securing the business.

The company had already delayed the release of its annual financial results in May and delayed the release a second time last week, and the suspension in trading in the company's shares on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) at the London Stock Exchange was extended due to the delay. In the same announcement announcing the delayed results, Trackwise said its board was reviewing options for the future of the company.

Trackwise said that parties who are potentially interested in the acquisition of the company should contact the corporate finance team at FRP Advisory Trading.

Trackwise said it reserves the right to alter any aspect of the sale process or to terminate it at any time, and in such cases will make an announcement as appropriate.
