LISLE, IL -- Molex today announced the acquisition of certain assets of Soligie, a provider of printed and flexible electronics for various end-markets.
Molex said the acquisition will complement its existing products, which include membrane switches, polymer thick film circuits, copper flex circuits and printed circuit board assemblies. It did not disclose any terms of the transaction.
Savage, MN-based Soligie supplies sensor systems, medical wearables, LED lighting, specialized RFID labels, and devices that enable the Internet of Things (IoT), to the medical, military, industrial, lighting and consumer markets.

Soligie offers design services, process development, prototype fabrication, product development and a range of printing platforms for high precision, high-volume roll-to-roll printed electronics manufacturing.
