RF Micro Devices Inc. introduces RF3021, RF3023, RF3024 and RF3025, high isolation broadband switches. The symmetric RF switches are designed to operate on multiple market segments, including cellular infrastructure, WiFi and antenna tuning applications for mobile devices.

High performance is attained through the use of Gallium Arsenide pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor technology. Features include an on-chip driver, enabling a single voltage control line.

The RF3021 and RF3025 are symmetric core-pole, double-throw switches with very high isolation and single-bit control. They are housed in a 16-pin, 3 mm by 3 mm QFN package.

The RF3023 and RF3024 switches feature low insertion loss and moderate isolation. They are in 6-lead SC70 packages.

The RF3025 is an absorptive switch featuring a 50 ohm termination in the off-state.
