Milwaukee, OR, – ECD has introduced MEGAM.O.L.E. 20, a twenty-channel thermal profiler that can reportedly analyze complex boards in one pass, eliminating the need for multiple runs, while allowing the user to customize data extraction and reports used for new product introduction (NPI). The single-pass capability also reportedly reduces wear and tear on prototype assemblies or golden boards.

The company reports that the profiler uses twenty channels contained in four thermocouples, reducing connection times and related errors, and allows the user to focus on individual components with corner-to-corner plus top and bottom measurements grouped for analysis of differentials.
