Offer two and four integrated resistors on one substrate, respectively. Are AEC-Q200 qualified. Combine high-temp. operation to +155°C with absolute tolerance of ±0.1 %, relative tolerance of ±0.05%, absolute TCR down to ±10ppm/K, and relative TCR down to ±5ppm/K. Offer resistance from 47Ω to 150kΩ, with equal or different resistor values. Provide moisture resistivity of l∆R/Rl < 0.5% at +85°C and 85% relative humidity for 1,000 hr. Offer sulfur resistance in accordance with ASTM B 809, 1,000 V ESD capability, and max. rated dissipation to 0.125W per element. Suited for precision analog circuits, voltage dividers, signal conditioning, OpAmp, and feedback circuit applications that require stable fixed resistor ratios. Typical applications include automotive electronics, audio equipment and instrumentation, and industrial electronics, including battery measurement systems, sensors, scales, and precision amplifiers.
