3DCS Design Variation Modeler creates scalable solution to tolerance analysis and simulation.

Is tolerance stack-up simulation tool. Uses purpose “move” to assemble products and analyze them in 3-D. Uses CAD PMI to build models by extracting GD&T. Moves and measures from CAD. Provides tools to help integrate tolerance analysis and simulation. Allows for model interrogation. Used by OEMs in aerospace, automotive, electronics, medical device, and energy sectors. Opens as additional workbench in Catia V5, 3DExperience, NX, Creo, and Solidworks.
