Schematics, PCB layout, and 3-D visualization provide interactive eCAD experience with no downloads or installations. Retains relevant information typically lost when sharing static files. Can search for, select, cross-probe and inspect components and nets while moving between schematic, PCB and 3-D views. Requires no CAD tools or experience. Is designed to work with multiple eCAD formats, currently supporting Autodesk Eagle and Altium Designer. Protects IP rights of design owners while retaining CAD design details via new process called Published Design Impression. Processes design source files to create PDI. PDI is CAD-aware, perishable snapshot of design that captures limited information such as components, net connectivity and basic geometrics, excluding design primitive data.
