EME32T series miniature surface mount temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXO) offer low current consumption in real-time clock applications.

Frequency is 32.768kHz for real-time clock applications in a 3.28 x 2.5 x 1.3mm miniature SMD 4-pad package with selection of supply voltage encompassing 1.8, 2.5, 3.0, 3.3 and 5.0V options. Provide current consumption down to 0.79µA at 1.8V. Frequency stability is ±5ppm over temperature range from -40° to +85°C. Frequency stability v. voltage change is ±0.2ppm for ±5% input voltage change, while frequency stability against aging is ±3.0ppm max. for first year. Initial calibration tolerance is ±1.5ppm at 25°C ±2%; timing error over time is 2.628m/year; CMOS output logic has load of 15pF. 100ns max. rise and fall time and duty cycle of 50% ±10%. Startup time is 1s max. at 25°C.
