TOKYO – Kyocera has completed the acquisition of all shares in NEC Toppan Circuit Solutions. The new company has become a wholly-owned subsidiary named Kyocera Circuit Solutions.
Yohsuke Nishiyama is the subsidiary’s new president.
No financial terms of the acquisition were disclosed.
The company develops, designs, and manufactures high-density multilayer printed circuit boards for industrial applications, buildup PCBs for consumer electronics, and module PCBs.
