SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- Sales of automotive electronic systems are forecast to increase 7% in 2018 and 6.3% in 2019, the highest growth rate in both years among the six major end-use applications for semiconductors.

ATLANTA – Distributor component sales for North America grew 14.8% in the third quarter versus a year ago, the Electronic Components Industry Association reported. Sales were down 1.5% sequentially, ECIA added.
