SCOTTSDALE, AZ – IC Insights forecasts the 2019 global electronic systems market will grow 4% to $1.68 trillion. In contrast, the worldwide semiconductor market is expected to drop 12% this year to $443.8 billion after exceeding the $500 billion level for the first time last year.

STAMFORD, CT – Gartner lowered its worldwide IT spending outlook for the year to $3.74 trillion, citing a host of reasons for uncertainty. The research firm now expects sales to increase 0.6% from 2018. down slightly from the previous quarter’s forecast of 1.1% growth.
