WEST HAVEN, CT – Ggp-Schaltungen GmbH has received approval from Sartorius AG to supply Enthone OrmeSTAR Ultra nanofinish.
 
The organic metal-based final finish is an alternative to ENIG and other metallic finishes, reducing process time by 75%.
 
Sartorius, located in Göttingen, Germany, is a worldwide producer of electronic components and devices. Ggp-Schaltungen, located in Osterode/Harz, Germany, has been working with Ormecon GmbH, a business of Enthone, to achieve approval of the nanofinish.
