DIJON, FRANCE -- Park Electrochemical Corp.'s electronic materials operation here is performing "very badly," company officials said last week.

In a conference call with analysts, chief executive Brian Shore cited the migration of electronics manufacturing to Asia as the cause, adding the company is considering all alternatives regarding the operation.

ANAHEIM, CADDi Corp. estimated second quarter net sales of $48 million to $49 million, up 11 to 13% sequentially. The PCB maker estimated gross margins of 21 to 23%, up from 18.4%.
 
Adjusted earnings are expected to be in the range of $6 to $7 million, versus $4 million in the March quarter.
 
The company expects to generate positive income for the second quarter.
