BERLIN – German fabricators reported flat printed circuit board sales in November, according to the German Electrical and Electronics Industry Association and VdL.

While the region hit bottom in May, the recovery has been slow, with revenues through November down 66% from the previous year.

Orders rose for the first in 13 months, growing 8.5% sequentially and 42% year-over-year.

The book-to-bill ratio was 1.23, meaning that for every 100 euros worth of boards shipped, 123 euros worth of boards were ordered.

Employment grew 0.5% during the month.
