LONDON – The global market for printed circuit boards is expected to reach nearly $73.8 billion by 2021, a five-year compound annual growth rate of 3.1%.

Global PCB sales were nearly $61.5 billion in 2015, said BCC Research, and will reach $63.5 billion in 2016.

By end-market, networking devices are expected to grow from nearly $15.8 billion in 2016 to $17.5 billion in 2021 at a CAGR of 2.1% for the 2016 to 2021 period. Computing and storage will grow from $14.1 billion in 2016 to nearly $15.5 billion in 2021 at a CAGR of 1.8% for the same period, according to the research firm.
