BRATTLEBORO, VT -- Vermont Circuits has closed, with certain assets being acquired by a fellow fabricator.

Fredericksburg, VA-based Colonial Circuits has taken the tooling and CAM department of Vermont Circuits, and has begun to transition the latter's customers.

Vermont Circuits built bare printed circuit boards in a 32,000 sq. ft. factory in Brattleboro. The company was founded in 1989 and had 45 workers prior to shutting its doors.
