FALMOUTH, ENGLAND -- Sellectronics has received a £50,000 ($75,990) public grant to aid in the Printed circuit board fabricator's expansion plans.

The PCB maker applied the Business Investment for Growth (BIG) program grant toward new equipment.

Sellectronics was founded in 2008 and expects to parlay the new equipment to expand its customer base.

“We’ve enjoyed rapid growth since we started up four years ago and 2013 looks set to continue the trend,” said director Jason O'Connell. “The BIG funding, coupled with our own investment, will allow us to grow the company and broaden our horizons significantly.

Sellectronics expects to add new new hires as result of increased orders tied to its improved capabilities.
