Report: PCB Fab Printca to be Sold

AALBORG, DENMARK – Printed circuit board manufacturer Printca will be sold to new owners for an undisclosed sum by year-end, according to published reports.

The firm went bankrupt early this year.

It is not known if the company will be sold to venture capitalists or an industrial investor.

The firm employs about 40 people here.

The company’s name has been changed to Printca Denmark.
