TAIPEI -- Nanya Printed Circuit Board's chairman forecast second-half growth as the company generates higher revenue from blue-chip customers like Intel.

Chairman Wu Chin-jen predicts seasonality coupled with higher demand from Intel for flip-chip substrates.

Nanya reportedly beat out NGK for the Intel order, CENS is reporting.
