FRASER, MI -- K&F Electronics has acquired the book of business of fellow printed circuit board manufacturer H and L Electronics, effective immediately. Financial details were not disclosed.

As part of this transaction K&F will assume Atlanta-based H &L's customer base including all major customers. As part of the agreement, H and L owner John Hall has entered into a long-term agreement with K&F under which he will be responsible for customer transition. K&F also hired former H and L CAM manager Steve Harrelson.

In a press statement, K&F president Rick Kincaid, said, "This acquisition is good thing especially for the customers, who will be able to take advantage of our capabilities and services as we provide one of the best values in the printed circuit board industry. We are pleased to welcome John Hall to the K&F team; we know that his experience and knowledge will be a great asset to our sales effort."
