TORONTO – Robert Olsen has resigned as chairman of the board of Coretec Inc. He had served on the board since 1999; holding positions as director, lead director and chairman.

Olsen recently became a national partner with Deloittes and will be responsible for the company’s capital advisory business. As a result, he cannot participate on the Coretec board.

“He’s played a key role in guiding the business through various financings, acquisitions, consolidations and macroeconomic challenges,” said Paul Langston, president of Coretec. Langston will serve as interim chairman until the annual general meeting in May.
