MIGDAL HA’EMEK, ISRAEL – Camtek Ltd. will cut 68 jobs, affecting about 14% of the company’s global workforce.
 
“We believe that the continuing severe global slowdown requires us to be more conservative and monitor our business expenses and cash resources,” said Rafi Amit, CEO. Despite the layoffs, the company will continue to focus on preserving its R&D capabilities.
