HDI Handbook Available for Download

SEASIDE, OR – BR Publishing announced the release of  "High Density Interconnect (HDI) Handbook" edited by Happy Holden. Available for free download at www.hdihandbook.com, the book covers materials, design, PWB fabrication, printed circuit assembly and advanced packaging within 16 chapters. 
 
"‘The HDI Handbook’ is not intended to introduce PCB technology to the reader; that is effectively done by Clyde Coombs’ ‘PCB Handbook’. It does take up high density interconnects and microvias in much greater detail from where Coombs’ book left off.  This is the only book that delivers all the technology required to implement High Density Interconnect Technologies," explains Happy Holden.
